Call me crazy but I strongly prefer the 0 front toe I have now after running with about what you have for 2 years.
+1 on all points. 1.5 seasons on tons of caster when I have a lot of camber. Also I prefer the 0 toe on my car as well, I enjoyed the initial bite of the toe out, but despised the mid-corner wash out.

A texas speed shop at the direction of Dr. Strelnieks. He went through a few iterations with poly he said before settling in with Delrin.

The car's alignment does not get out of whack that often so you can back off getting that done.

I am aware. But I am replacing the front lower control arms. I do an alignment every time a suspension component is removed or replaced. The front end will take me all of 3 mins to set to.

Thanks to a helping hand from jako the to do list was done.

offset bushings in the rear LCAs are still in place...

new front LCA arms with poly bushings...

The cats are in. I thought the OE cats were in the bend in the middle, and to make them fit I put one in front and one in back of the bend to follow the rules. When I got home I realized that the secondary cats were actually behind the bend. So I am still not legal on one pipe... but I am close enough. Welds are garbage on the front one, but it will do the trick. The rasp at 2k rpm also appears to be gone which is good news.

Keep the receipts for the poly bushings if they are Powerflex. They are very prone to failure but covered by lifetime warranty.

Thank you for the heads up! They were a hand-me-down, but I will hang onto the OE arms if they fail.
