The TnT course isn't a real representation of the surface we compete on. Similar, but not the same. And actual competition is much better practice than TnT where you don't have any pressure.

Agreed, but why is that? Any idea? It's the same surface and should be rubbered in just as much, as it sees thousands of runs.

That is true. Guess I need to sell everything I own to pony up the budget for a ProSolo season that gets me into the finale.

I would guess because of the way the place drains. Maybe it's just subtle erosion makes the difference. They may have poured them on different days possibly from different plants too.

Not a misspelling.

The member of Brass Monkey Racing who places highest at Solo Nationals is declared the National Champion. Skid is a multi-time winner. I won only once, in 2005.

I want to earnestly encourage you to kick serious ass. Pro solo is easy to adapt to and serious fun. I have no doubt you will do well. The biggest challenge is adjusting to the challenge rounds but that will come with time.

Thanks for the vote of confidence. I did a ProSolo event with John Li in Blytheville 2015. It was a lot of fun. But first things first, I hopefully have now plenty motivation to get my car build. Haha.

Though I just went through saying how TSSCC's calendar is on hold, we have done a "kick-off" Grissom event with a TNT Sat/ Event Sun weekend.

I believe our TNT tends to be less total entrants than a typical Indy one, may be able to take more advantage? I want to say we were at 35 last year but had 3-4 no-shows.
