Spotted: green RS4

I'm usually not one for wild colors, but saw this one in person (peoria-area) a few times last week and really liked it. The pictures don't do it justice:

I had to look into it, from what I have read it was ordered by Audi Exchange in Highland park,IL. It was painted the green color from the Porsche GT3RS. I have seen photos of it before online, didn't realize it was such a rare color for this car. Odd that it is in Peoria.

Both of those cars are just badass, I prefer the SL65 in black but I would gladly take it either way if someone is buying. The stance on it just screams, get the hell out of my way.

Brand new they are 300K, you pay for hardtop, lots of carbon fiber, and the black series exclusiveness. I like the car, but would rather have the CLK63 black series

They had a couple of these CLK63 Blacks at Isringhausen last year...fantastic looking car, especially for a Merc. I'm pretty sure the rear seats were just plastic buckets instead of actual seats tho...

Yeah I saw that lime green RS4 along with a red GT-R this weekend up in Mossville - anybody know who those guys were? They showed up early, then peaced out before noon. I was excited to see what times they would run...of course they didn't participate. Typical of guys who buy fancy cars and not drive them I suppose...:cursing:

Went down to ishringhausen awhile ago and talked with the internet manager Matt Parr super nice guy that answers all your questions and isnt pushy. We were looking at a c63AMG but they didnt have one in at the time. But they did have 2 of the black series cars in the showroom. So I just had to sit in it and see what its all about. I have to say these cars are just pure sex no matter what. The inside is a little tight but when your buying an AMG Black series what can you expect. other than that and the rear seat delete the car was amazing, felt very comfortable and all the gismos where right at hand and nothing was over complex. I will say the AMG series will be about the only merc id buy.

Agreed fastbanana04; Matt's the guy I've ever dealt with at Isringhausen, and he is definitely the ideal salesman for a luxury brand. I think both of black series are gone now, but that is on my list!

I remember seeing that RS4 at Suds getting serviced when my rents were car shopping last may. It was at first interesting to see the color but it grew one me quickly.
I dont know about the Red GTR but there is a silver one ( think its silver) that either owns or is an ophthalmologist in bloomington at Gailie Eye clinic or however you spell it. I saw it alot last semester as i was going down main to get to Oakland or i guess that part of main is called Center. It was parked in the back. And i also saw it when i went home to peoria on the weekends he was either comming back to peoria or going back to bloomington. He must live in peoria and commute to work in a GTR.. must be nice.
