So, from the news thread, I can tell there are people willing to donate in order to receive special club benefits such as financial planning involvement/club meetings, discounts on events and t-shirts, and special forum benefits.

SO here is what I'd like to know.

How many people are interested in something like this? (list?)
What benefits are you interested in receiving and how much are you willing to donate/pay for these benefits?Post up, I'd like to make this place better than its ever been before and now with two rounds of updates under my belt, it makes sense to take some user input as well!

Stickers very attainable, T-shirts will take some work but we already had a vote way back in the day (can't find the thread) and it lost, we are really trying to do (bouncing ideas around for) a not for profit cice drag, autox, track, etc etc etc but the cost to you would be to cover any insurance and worker fees, August and I have a 2 car heated garage but we are currently working on 3 cars BUT I could just get the hachi in and out of there if people needed to use it (I would do that anyways if someone needed it), possibly a calender or something with "premium" forum members on it, 1 lap dance dnace at Kappa and/or interview with the cup from 2 girls 1 cup. Just throwing things out there.

I'd be willing to let people use my garage, air compressor, air tools, and tools; in fact, I've always been willing. I just have 4 cars in 4 spots and parking is limited (those who have been to my place know what I'm talking about).

Depending on how much you give maybe you could get a Tshirt, or sweatshirt and some stickers for your car or something like that. I know you guys have very limited money to work with right now. Maybe a support banner, access to the Zoo and user title change thrown in there as well.

If you guys get enough funds maybe something like a air compressor could be bought that could be loaned out with a deposit. Just some ideas.

Hmmm...I can't seem to re-create the problem. Can you do as Hornswoggler suggested and just upload it to the site when you get done saving it in paint? Create a new thread in the bugs forum when you do this and we'll take care of this there.

You may want to look into zazzle for shirts and stuff. I think they charge you for the printing. But even if that isn't a benefit still free to offer to members.

From the dead...so no shirts huh? I mean you can get them printed for like 6-11 bucks and sell them for 20ish (make it 30 for titlw change and zoo acess as well?) and pocket the remainder. I mean someone has to be a graphic designer on this shizzle (not everyone can be a NARC) or even i can MS paint a decent pic. Many smaller forums make an annual shirt (usually a bit of copyright infringement similar to Fraternity shirts..hehehe) and it helps get money for the site. Just make up a few opitons, make a poll...i know everyone on here knows how to do that. I dont know how much demand there will be for shirts.. On CII we had shirts through cafepress. I know several people bought some, but i have to wonder if the crowd here would buy cicenet shirts.. Too many people act like they are better than this site, yet they still come here.

If there is enough demand for shirts that we actually get started on designs, i would be more than happy to help if i can work it into my schedule. This month i have to redesign a sign for a town, design a company logo and make their letterhead, business cards, etc.., design some flyers, and design a billboard. All of it has to be done by Nov. 14th, so if it is after that, i can definitely do it.. Before that date would be a little tougher, but i would try to fit it in

So if a cheap shirt was avaiable noone wants one? I love t shirts....I know hoodies are a bit much and $400 ALTHOUGH DESERVED FOR THAT MEMORABILIA... is a bit much fo forum merch. just thought it would work to make money for the site.

Posted the poll.. If Lee gives the "go ahead" (and there is enough demand)I will contact a local shirt company and find out what format they want the design to be and what the cost will be. I will then begin work on some designs
