Nice list. I really wish McLean county would just allow some forms of sanctioned racing occur. We've got some really nice places to do them, but McLean has their government circle jerk every thursday and then decides that racing will continue to be illegal.

Hmm.. maybe i should plan for the Parkland one again.. even though its short and small.. most of the people i know usually show up for that one... that was the course i got kicked from when i had my rx7.. =X i didnt mean to end in the stop gate and hit the black cones sideways during my fun run..
maybe ill have a car ready for some other courses too.. Kansas city autocrossing theres to much competition and theres like 5+ heats

The Parkland College autox project should be making its debut at the Parkland event. I am really looking forward to it this year.

There's a lot of differences between road racing and autocrossing. Auto-x is a good foundation to go road racing but it is in a whole different arena.
Ask Pete and see what he says, I'm not sure how many instructors we have.

I used this form (https://ams.scca.com/netforum/eweb/DynamicPage.aspx?WebCode=MemberFormInd_wizr&Action=Add&asp_key=0372C391-E85E-4503-85F0-6B5393E4E714) back in September when I joined again. It worked for me then, not sure if it's the site or your computer. You can always call them too.
Do you get an error or something?

road racing and auto-x are really not that similar. you will learn a great deal at the skip barber school i am sure, but i am not sure how directly it will apply to auto-x
of course the concepts are pretty much the same, but the speed that things happen are not.

while I agree that autox is more technically challenging....
road racing requires much bigger balls

And as always a direct substitute for bigger balls is a smaller brain.

There is a transition going for the webmaster role in CCSCC. I belive the webmaster is being asked to step down for the year.
To answer your question, they will at some point. Hopefully sooner rather than later.

That's cool. Not trying to be pushy because I'm sure it's a lot of work.

I think what's being impied is that the postmaster isn't doing his job.

I agree...he is doing it...just not timely. I would think we could throw together a pretty nice website in short order these days. If someone is interested in discussing let me know...
